Our yoga instructor, Joy, brings 25 years of experience sharing yoga and meditiation throughout the world. She is a teacher of teachers, mentor, and spirit friend. Her classes are eclectic, soulful, and inspiring, making sure each unique individual has a special experience. This class is open to everyone, no yoga experience necessary.
